The Executive Individual programs are primarily aimed at senior level managers up to/including executive management/board level.
Prerequisites are a clear goal for the coaching, the desire and motivation to work with a sparring partner, to accept feedback and to step out of the comfort zone for the own development.
Executive coaching is an intensive sparring over several months, where complex topics on the interface of business, leadership and self-management may be addressed and worked on.
Services comprise
- Individual sessions (face-to face or online) with experienced executive coach over a duration of 4-9 months
- Executive coach is available to the client between coaching sessions so that ad hoc developments may be addressed.
- Focus on the client's goals and expectations.
Outcomes
- Client is aware of effective behavioral strategies and knows how to implement them.
- Achievement of predefined coaching goals.
- Improved leadership effectiveness, increased confidence in leadership situations.
Within the Executive Team format we coach and support management teams (senior management, business/corporate management, functional management teams) in topics such as collaboration, new manager assimilation, team- and leadership effectiveness or conflict management.
The coaching approach is custom-tailored to each company`s needs and goals. The coaching is based on team workshops, however, depending on the situation and needs of the client it may be a mix of team- and individual sessions.

We offer various psychodiagnostics procedures which may be added to our existing coaching programs or else booked and applied as an individual measure.
- A psychological assessment based on a set of psychodiagnostic procedures with an emphasis on personality, behavioral preferences, coping strategies (stress) and career motivations.
- The Dr. Nadig + Partner AG 360° Feedback, which provides our clients with a self- and external feedback based on critical competency clusters. Our clients receive feedback from a wide range of individually determined feedback providers such as peers, superiors, customers, partners, or direct reports.
